Review: Dried Flower Centerpiece (10314)
I’ll admit that when the floral sets started coming out, I didn’t think I’d be into it… I will willingly admit that I was wrong. These sets are fantastic and I am super excited for more to come out! I picked this one up a few weeks ago at Costco. It is a really great fall set and I had a great time putting it together. Here is the video of me putting it together!
The Build
This felt right in line with other floral builds that I have done. There is a bit of repetition but it didn’t feel tedious or overdone. I think my favorite part of this build was the little dried rose on top. It just went together so well and I think it looks incredible. I enjoyed the use of the classic lego trees that were used on each side and I think they fit into the aesthetic really well. The big flower on top obviously is a stand out. It is done the same way as the sunflower set and some of the big flowers in the bouquet so it felt familiar but just with new colors. I also love the finished look of the little yellow flower bundles throughout the set.
The Finished Product
Overall this is another stand out floral set. It’s really cool that you can buy additional sets and create a wreath or circle of them to be a larger center piece. I don’t know that I loved it so much that I would do that but I do have it displayed in my room and looks great along side my other floral sets. The colors are beautiful and the different parts they used to make the flowers was really fun. I reccomend this set for a nice build by the fire while you’ve got some soup. AKA: it’s great for a cold day.
